SMARTER-Synergy of Modern Approaches and Real-life Technologies in Education and Research in Kisvárdai Bessenyei György Gimnázium és Kollégium and Gymnázium-Gimnázium Kráľovský Chlmec - Final SMARTER Conference - 2019/06/06

Measures and achievements implemented will be presented to the participants. The event is also a workshop so the students and teachers of the partner institutions will take part in interactive lectures and exhibits.

The closing conference of SMARTER tender which is a joint project of Kisvárdai Bessenyei György Gimnázium és Kollégium(HU) és a Királyhelmeci Gimnázium(SK) is scheduled to take place on 6 June, 2019 in Kisvárda.
The basic aim of the two educational institutions is to improve the level of cross-border interinstitutional cooperation and also to orient primary and secondary school studnets towards scientific and engineer career types mainly because the unpopularity of such professions is a pan-european phenomenon. The project has surely improved students’ skills and active participation in operating CNC turning machines, programming remote-controlled robots, 3D printing, computerized process controll, developing IOS/Android applications, computerized designing .
Participants of the closing conference will be given a glimpse of our project achievements and results and also students’ achieved solutions to different thematic problems through taking part in interactive lectures and presentations. There will also be a chance to inspect CNC controlled machines during operation.
